Use of the RBR: Drs. Rourke and Dr. Leduc, as well as the CFPC and the CPS, encourage all physicians and healthcare providers to use the RBR. The RBR has been made available to healthcare professionals since its original development in order to facilitate enhanced care of infants and children. The RBR is available to download free of charge from the CPS, CFPC and Ontario enhanced 18 month visit (www.18monthvisit.ca) websites as well as from this website.
Healthcare organizations and governments are encouraged to incorporate and support the use of the RBR to facilitate care of infants and children. Financial contributions to support ongoing RBR development projects are welcome. They can be made to the Memorial University of Newfoundland Rourke Baby Record Research and Development Fund, and directed to: Director of Administration, Office of Finance Faculty of Medicine, Medical Education Centre, 300 Prince Philip Drive, St. John’s NL A1B 3V6. All contributions will be acknowledged.

Many physicians and healthcare providers who have used the RBR in the past have adopted an EMR or will in the future use an EMR and wish to continue using the RBR in this format. Permission to modify the RBR for inclusion in EMRs is given consideration by the Authors with the following conditions:
