February 2019: One Visit per Page format of the 2017 RBR

The One Visit per Page format of the 2017 RBR is now available in English and French in both National and Ontario versions. http://www.rourkebabyrecord.ca/downloads

This format uses larger print and has more writing space.

It does result in replication of the anticipatory guidance items in the education and advice section, which in the usual format are spread over 3 visits to avoid both omission and repetition.

As in the regular format, repeat discussion of items is based on perceived risk or need.
